Find out from you ISP if you have a commercial email account or look through
the help of Google, Hotmail, Yahoo, if you are using those mail systems.

The simple thing would be to log into the ISP's web site, click on their way
of getting into their mail system and then you log in with your email name
and password.
 
I don't even know what ISP means?

Internet Service Provider - the company that provides your internet service
for which you pay a monthly fee to and most likely the identified company
behind the @ in your email address like @rr.com is roadrunner or
@adelphi.net is adelphi corporation.
 
For your issue, it may not be your Internet Service Provider who
is responsible for your email. What is the part after the @ symbol
in your email address?
