Checkbox

I know how to insert the checkbox, however I do not know how to format it. It
will not check when I click on it. Please HELP!!!!
 
If you're referring to a Check Box form field, the document must be
protected for forms before it will work.
 
Angel,
If you are working in a form (using the form toolbar) you must protect the
form (last button on the toolbar) before you can use the checkbox.
