check disc

Hello there,

After running the check disc on Win xp the results of the scan only appear
on the screen for a short period giving insufficient time to read the full
report or print it, the computer then starts to load desktop items.

Is there anyway I can recall the last check disc report and keep it on
screen till I have read it.

Look in event viewer. There will be an event for it.

Start from CD and do recovery, R to go int comd console.
ADMIN password,
chkdsk /p
