Check Box Properties

Sue

I am having difficulty with using check boxes in a
spreadsheet. I have a row of cells that contain either a
single check box or two checkboxes (one for yes and one
for no). When I Autofill or copy the boxes to rows
beneath them, it copies the check boxes (which is great).
However, when I click in one Yes checkbox or No checkbox,
it puts a checkmark in all of the Yes boxes or No boxes!
Is there a way to fix this problem? Thanks!!!!!

Why do you have one for yes and one for no, wouldn't checked be yes,
unchecked be no?

I like Bob's suggestion of using a single checkbox, but if you copy them, you
have to remember to changed the linked cell.

If they all point to the same cell, then they all assume that value--change one,
you change them all.
