chat option in powerpoint

Hi,
I'm building a kiosk presentation. In that i'm providing some email
addresses of topic experts.
is there anyway that any visitor can chat (or call) with the experts which
are online on MSN in powerpoint simultaneously viewing the presentaion. there
may be a common chat id (might already be signed in) through which the
visitor can chat

A couple of options:
Set Up Show to be browsed by an individual (window) instead of browsed at a
kiosk (full screen).
Include an action button to launch the chat application (most of them sign
on automatically). If you place it on the Slide Master, it will be pervasive
throughout the presentation. Note: you'll probably get a warning message
with this option.
