Can anyone help me.I realy want to acces a technical chat site somewhere where you can instantl
get an answer or a sarcastic reply
My problem is I acces the internet from work and thus all the rights and privaliges are taken away to keep the pp
working

Is there any way that I can tweak an Administrator's settings from my Desktop PC.Open up ports or disable the
firewall preventing me from IRCing.

Contact your IT group ... If you have a valid business reason to use this
service that, for valid business reasons, they've disabled, I'm sure that
you will be allowed to use this service with their OK ... If you're doing it
for non-business reasons, then no, there's no way to do it ...
