Changing Windows XP Default Regional Settings

Hi,

I need to change the default regional settings on our
users PCs so that it is set to Australia. At the moment
they are a mixture of Australia, US and Asian settings.
Is there a way of deploying a package to change these
settings? We use PRISM but if anyone knows the reg
settings.
