Changing Windows Wellcome Screen & Wellcome Sound

Hi all, Somebody please help with this problem, default windows screen &
sound drives me Crazy.... Thanks

There is a free program to easily change your boot screen, here:
http://www.stardock.com/products/bootskin/

To change your sounds : Start > Settings > Control Panel > Sounds and Audio
Devices;
select the Sounds tab which allows you to change your system sounds.

I've "personalized" a few of the available bootscreens for my own use and
have been using Bookskin for 6-8 months with no problems.
