changing video players

i installed ulead video 6.0 vsp i can download video from my camera but it saves it in the vsp format and i can't play it in movie maker or windows media player how do i get my videos to play in the different players?
 
If ULead does not support AVI or WMV video formats, you can try using
Windows Movie Maker (Start\All Programs\Accessories\Entertainment) to
download video from your camera and save to AVI or WMV format.
