changing the window size

I am having trouble changing the size of my pop-up
windows. I have tried to find out how to do this on my
own and I have come up with nothing. When I am trying to
read something on a page without a scroll bar, I can't
read it. The window is below the bottom of the page and I
can't drag the top any further. If anyone could help me
with this, I would really appreciate it.

Are these application-generated pop-ups, or just web ads? If they are web
ads, which tend to suppress normal IE controls, I would guess that you are
just seeing sloppy code that assumes a higher resolution than you are using.
Are you by any chance using 640 x 480?

Personally, I try to avoid seeing or reading pop-ups...

Try (left-) click into that window - do not click on a link -
then (while holding down the mouse button) drag the pointer downward.
The rest of the page should appear.
