Itmeans changing the port from 3389 to something else. Like 3390 or 80.
Useful if you have more then one client behind the router. Example. I have
two machines behind a router. So, I changed one to listen on port 3390. I
then connect by using public_IPort ( 24.xxx.xxx.xxx:3390 )

I think with VPN's (PPTP-based), you are stuck with TCP 1723... I
don't think you can change the listening or the "sending" port for the
VPN connection.
