Changing the task drag-and-drop action from 'copy' to 'move' between categories in Outlook 2000

I'm running Outlook 2K on a Win2K machine. When I drag-and-drop a
task between categories (say moving something from my ToDo_Today to my
ToDo_Tomorrow category) the default action is to 'copy'. Resulting in
the task having two categories... which wasn't my intent. I know I
can right-click-drag and choose 'move', but I was wondering if there
was a way to change the default drag-and-drop action from 'copy' to
'move'? I find it strange because at my office (same setup) 'move'
*is* the default. It seems that it's only my machine at home that's
doing this. Thanks!

How can I CHANGE not ADD the category by dragging and dropping in
Outlook? This is what the poster is asking. It is annoying to keep
having to remove a category when all I'm trying to do is change it by
dragging and dropping.
