Changing the start page

Hi.

My Home page has changed to http://www.coolsearch.biz - I
have tried to change it using Internet Options, but it
just keeps reverting back to this damn thing.

Can anyone let me know how to change it back permantly?
I believe it must be something in the registery?

You need to download Lavasoft Adaware 6 or Spybot Search & destroy. I run
both. This will find the registry line that has stolen/taken over your
startup page. You may well find 10's to hundreds of spyware's on your
machine. In Spybot there is a setting which allows you to lock your startup
page.
