Changing the "owner" password in XP Home Edition

Does anyone know who to change the owner password in XP
Home Edition? My younger sister and brother had their own
accounts setup, however, they don't remember the
passwords. I told them to try logging into the owner
account, but of course they don't know that password
either! Any ideas on how to change the passwords???
