changing the language setting in XP home edition

How do I change from spainish to english as my default
language. I bought my PC in spain but find it hard work
when things go wrong?

One cannot change from one language version of Windows
to another language version of Windows. You'll have to
purchase a "Full English Version" of Windows XP,
reformat your drive and install it "clean".
