changing the grammar checker style to formal

I am taking an on-line computer course for school. In one exercise. we are
required to change the grammar style to formal. I have read my books,
checked help and cannot find an answer. Can you help me?
 
I assume your on-line course is talking about Word. If so, you should be
asking this in a newsgroup about Word (they start microsoft.public.word)

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
