Changing the default font for emails? Changed in <Tools, Options.

I changed the default font for my emails using <Tools, Options, Mail Format,
Fonts> but it defaults back to Arial 10pt.

How can I permanently change the default font for emails?
 
Answer would depend on your Outlook version and editor, neither of which you
posted.
 
You can change it under "Tools, Options, Compose" Make sure to apply your
settings. Good luck!
