I am no expert myself...but, I believe you have to get
in touch with your ISP provider. In my case that would
be BellSouth. Yours maybe AOL or MSN, etc. Most all ISP
providers have round the clock tech support. Contact them.
If they don't do it they can provide info.

When you install Windows you are asked to name your
computer. I believe that is what Kieran is referring to.
Not the Username for ISP.

If you mean change the name of C:, click on My Computer, Right click C:
chose properties, change the name.
Otherwise, Please be more specific about what you want to change.

I would like to change the name that you are asked to type in when you first
join windows (your account name).All I can seem to do at the moment is to
change the windows login or change the computer name
