Changing Sounds of Programs & E Mail

Goodness ADJUSTMENTS., where do I change the sound when I receive a NEW E
mail in this Vista?
 
Right click speaker icon in lower right
select 'sounds'
the sound in question is
Windows/new mail notification

Windows Mail doesn't have any sound settings... it uses the System sound for
New Mail
 
Click Start > type Sounds > click it > click 'Sounds' tab > scroll down and
select the Windows Mail events sound options available and use one provided
by Windows.
