changing right mouse button context menu

hi, anybody plz help. recently i've updated my notebook with automatic
updates, and from then on- my right mouse button context menu has changed. by
default the order is-"open,explore,find" etc,etc. but now it changed to
"search,open,explore" etc. if i double click on any item/folder it's opening
search window. but by default it should open that item/folder. plz help as
it's ruining my working hours at office. i want to revert the context menu to
default order. how????
