Changing phone number columns for multiple contacts

I How do I move the phone numbers of multiple contacts from the "Business
Phone" column to the "Mobile Phone" column? I curently have them in "Phone
List" view.

Thank you Diane. Is there no way to do this within Outlook itself?

Not automatically. If you use in-cell editing you can copy and paste the
numbers between fields in table view (ie, By category or similar).
