Changing out/replacing one of two HDs.

I am trying to replace an 80G (Maxtor) HD with a 250G (Western Digital) HR. I
currently have two HDs on my system (1-80G, 1-250G (WD)). My problem is that
my WindowsXP is on the HD that I want to replace (the 80) and I'm not sure
the best way to move the XP program over to the other HD before installing
the new HR. I cannot use the XP disc as it is the "upgrade" version and I'm
afraid I have lost my original Windows2000 (my 2yo may have gotten hold of it
and thrown it away) disc. Anyway, I could use some help in this matter. My
motherboard is an ASUS P5P800 SE (I think) with AGP slot Graphics card and
PSI slot sound card. I am currently at work, but will try to answer any Qs as
best I can. Thanks

The best way would be to use an imaging program to clone it. Here's a link
where you can download Maxblast from Maxtor's website. It's free and is
actually made by Acronis (makers of Acronis True Image). It's a 101MB
download
