transfer data from HDs

I have two HDs (Maxtor 60g SATA & WD 80g IDE) and want to transfer the
data from the Maxtor to the WD and vice-versa. Reason? The Maxtor is
the faster drive, but the WD has OS (Win XP HE) and programs. What
program should I use? Someone recommended Acronis Disk Director. Is
that good or would another work better? Thanks.

I prefer to use Acronis True Image and use the imaging
capabilitys as well as that op that TI calls cloning.

Works very well.
