Changing or disabling wallpaper when locking screen

When I lock the screen with Windows+L, my default wallpaper shows up
on the logon display. Does anybody know of a way to provide a
different wallpaper or disable it when it's locked? I don't want my
default wallpaper showing up when my computer is locked. Thanks.

Try selecting a screensaver

I already have a screensaver enabled. When the screensaver goes off,
it also locks the screen (which is what I want). But when I go to
unlock it, the logon screen is displayed with my default wallpaper.

Does anybody know how to do this? Thanks.

That's how it is designed.

I know that's the default design. However, most things in Windows
have some registry value that can be changed. That's what I'm looking
for. I've seen this done with 3rd party apps, so I was hoping there
is some registry entry that can do this. But I don't know what it
is. Does anybody else know how to do this?
