Changing of Desktop Wallpaper without having access to Control panel & regedit!

How can I Change Desktop Wallpaper without having access to Control
panel & regedit?
I m wrking as .NET S/W developer in my company. I jst waana change
desktop wallpaper, but unable to do so.
Do anybody know a way out of this prob?

Right-click on the desktop and select Properties. Choose the Desktop tab.

It sounds like the IT person at your company has locked out these modules. This is usually done to prevent users from making unwanted changes.
