Changing OEM to VLK

We get many laptops and computers with OEM licenses on them. We have an
Enterprise Agreement that we have purchased licenses. Most of the laptops
now have the biometrics on them and when we reinstall the OS it messes up the
dirvers. Is there a way to change the OEM to the VLK?

The licensing agreement for an OEM version versus a VL version
is quite different, therefore one cannot change the Product Key
without performing a "repair install" using the VL installation
CD and Product Key.

Unfortunately, no.

You can change the key, but only to one of the same generic type.
