Changing letters of drives in WinXP?

How do I change the drive letter of the CD-Drives I have
in my computer (3)? Using windowsXP?
I've looked under the properties of the drives using
device manager, and there was no mention of it.

Right click my computer, manage, disk management, right click drive, change
drive letters and paths.

Control Panel - Admin Tools - Computer Management, select Disk
Management and look lower right for the graphic of the hard drive and
icons of CD ones. R-click a CD, or in any hard drive partition except
the one where XP is, and you have 'Change Drive letter'
