I need to add my new Ips to the dns records for all of my
server. We need to run both ips until we do away with the
old ips. what is the easyest way to make the changes. I
need to do this with out taking down the network.

Simply add the new IP addresses on the advanced TCP/IP options page. Run both IPs at the same time until the old IPs go away. Just keep in mind though
that only one default gateway can be used. This means that traffic coming in on one IP will leave out the other IP. This may cause problems for some services
such as VPN. If DNS allows dynamic updates, the DNS host records will be updated automatically. Otherwise, you will need to manually add the second IP
address for each DNS host record. This is done by simply creating a new host record with the same name as the original but with the new IP.
