Do you mean IP forwarding, which repeats all incoming network traffic
from any NIC on all of the computer's NICs? If so, this web page
shows how to do it:
There's rarely a reason to do that in Windows XP, which has:
1. Internet Connection Sharing.
2. Network Bridge, to combine multiple physical networks into one
logical network.
