Changing how replies are handled

Can anyone help here? I have an email address that is forwarded to my 'real' email address. How can I make replies so that my 'alias' shows and not my 'real' address?
For example, info(e-mail address removed) gets forwarded to (e-mail address removed), but when I reply to a (e-mail address removed) email it shows up as coming from (e-mail address removed).
What can I do to show (e-mail address removed) to the recipient?
Thanks.
BTW, obviously the addresses are purely for example and are not real!
