Changing font size of incoming mail

I'm attempting to assist a user with enlarging the font size on *all*
incoming mail (when you click the item to read it and it opens). I can change
lots of different fonts, but I cannot find how to change that one. Any
assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Version? For Outlook 2003--go to Tools, Options, Mail Format, Fonts, Choose
Fonts (and size) and check Always Use My Fonts if you want.

Yes, Outlook 2003. But setting that option (which I had already done) still
has no effect on the opened incoming message. I need a way to *globally*
override a small font-size in received messages, so that when the user opens
the email, she sees the larger font.
