Change Font size of Incoming Mail in Outlook 2007

For all messages?
Configure Outlook to receive all main in Plain Text and then set your
favorite Plain Text font and size.

Tools-> Trust Center-> Email Security-> Read all standard mail in Plain Text
and
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format-> Stationery and Fonts...-> Composing and
reading plain text messages

I need to receive/open/read a lot of email with HTML. Is there a way to
change the incoming font to a larger size in order to read it with HTML mail?
