Changing File Types (File Extentions)

I made a song with windows recorder and the file extetion
changed to "blhablah.WMA". How can you change it to .MP3
or . WAV?
 
You need a program to do the conversion. Just google wma to mp3 and there
are plenty out there.
 
You can't just change it, it must be re-encoded in the format that you want.
File extensions specify to Windows what type of file that it is, just changing the extension does not change the type of file that
it is.
