changing field size in forms

How can I change the field size appearence on forms? I have a form with the
fields "client name", "client phone" and "client adress". I want them to
appear with different sizes, but I can only change the margins all at one
time... I can't figure out where to do this! Can someone help, please?

Is this Access 2007?

If so:
1. Open the form in design view (or layout view.)

2. Select all the controls (Ctrl+A.)

3. On the Arrange tab of the ribbon, in the Control Layout group, click
Remove.
