I am attempting to change the Windows Explorer Default
Folder to be the C:\ Drive. To do so, I included the
following in the target pane: %SystemRoot%
\Explorer.exe /root, C:\. The problem is that when I do
that, I no longer have the left pane. The C drive is
listed in the right pane and the left pane is gone,
replaced by System Tasks, File and Folder Tasks, etc.,
etc. I want the left pane to show too so I can drag and
drop files from left to right, etc. Any help appreciated.

Here's the one I use and it shows both panes, though I've forgotten what all
the switches mean:

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n,/e,c:\

Thanks, Gary. It worked perfectly!
