Is there a way to change the letter designations of my hard drives.I have
one at C and another at F that I would like to change to D which would mean
I have to change all the others DVD-,CD- drives etc.
Thanks.

Right click my computer and choose manage. Click on disk management and in
the right pane right click the drive to change and select 'change drive
letter and paths'.

Try going to
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Adminirtative
Tools\Computer Management
Hope this helps.

Every one else told you how to do the change WITHOUT the warning: leave the
drive that contains WINDOWS alone [the boot drive].

That warning isn't really necessary because he wouldn't be able
to change that drive letter this way.
