Changing Default Setting

Is it possible to to make the default display be Icons in lieu of Tiles??
I know you can change it each time in the view menu but want to do it
permanently if it is possible.

If the folder views are not saved,

Increase Folder View Options Limit: (Line 2):

Set a folder to "Icons" view and apply to all folders [tools > folder options > view]
