Changing default mail client in IE

I've been able to click on the mail icon in my browser before when Yahoo
offered to make my default mail Yahoo. How do I do it now that I've had to
reformat? The only options I have under the "Tools" (Internet
Options)\Programs Tab in the email box are Hotmail; MSN Explorer & Outlook
Express.
