Changing default from mailbox?

Hi,

We are running Exchange 2003 SP1 with Outlook 2000 / XP clients, we have a
number of users which also have a number of mailboxes attahced to their
outlook profile so that they can see and send view mails in a number of
mailboxes.

My problem is that, the company wants some of the users to send mail from
these accounts (which is no problem) but from the accounts name. This again
is no problem but a number of users are forgetting to change the from field
when they send from these accounts. Is there anyway to automatically change
the from field without having to manually type in the from address (so that
its not the users name)?
