My ISP does not provide technical support for Microsoft
Outlook. How do I make Outlook Express my default e-mail
application?

I opened Outlook Express and set it up according to the
online data provided by the ISP, but I cannot seem to make
Outlook go away.

I am running Windows 2000 Professional with Norton Anti-
Virus 2004 on a Dell Pentium II with 128 megs of RAM. I
connect to my ISP through a high-speed cable modem.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure I would take much notice of the ISP comment on not supporting
OL , generally its because OL is more than a simple email app and they dont
wish to get involved in its other aspects.
If you dont wish to use OL uninstall or at least delete any email accounts

I'm in total agreement with the guy who posted the first
reply. If they support Outlook Express; basically they
support Outlook. What will work to configure Express will
configure Outlook...
