Changing date and Time

I have an IBM PC which is running Windows 2000. I'm
having trouble changing the time ad date that is displayed
in the taskbar. When I log on to this PC using the
administrator account, the time and date are displayed
coreectly. When I log on as a user on the same PC, the
time/date is different and I cannot change it because the
user account doesn't have administrator privaleges.

Change the time zone specified for the user account. In the case this is a
domain envrionment, users are synchronizing with their login servers/DC.
