Colors in Internet 7 different for Win XP Users

When I log on as administrator, colors are displayed in IE 7 as bits and gifs
(no actual color just color names). When students log on with a lesser
privalege, the display is colors (not color names). What do I need to do to
allow the actual colors to display under administrator privaleges?
