Changing cursor

My daughter wants me to download commet cursor so we can
change our cursor to a puppy. I don't want to download
commet cursor because of the adware.

I am looking to purchase a software or to download
a "safe" software that will allow her to change her
cursor to a puppy (or something fun). She wants to keep
her wallpaper desk top but wants to change the cursor.
