Changing colors when the mouse moves over a label

I tried this earlier today but the answers stopped so I will try this again.
I have a form with a label (not attached to a text box) that I want to change
the background color when the mouse rolls over it. Any help with the coding?

Make sure the Back Style is set to Normal (not Transparent). Other than
that the suggestions in the first posting by Linq Adams in the other thread
should work. Use your preferred colors instead of hte examples given, if
you like.
