Screen flickering, labels on tab control

I am setting up a form and using the tab contol. I have layed out the form
and wanted to label different sections, so I typed a label, changed the font,
made it a colored background and it looks good. When I go to Form View and I
roll my mouse over the form, the screen flickers. Specifically, when I put
the mouse over the labels. I have gone back and made these simpler (no color,
basic font) and it still does it. I have also tried a text box, it still
flickers... HAS anyone experienced this? I am using Access 2003.
