Changing color of message based on sender

Is it possible to change the color of the message information display based on the Sender information? I found the Rules Wizard but haven't been able to find where to change the font color of that message information. If it is possible, please give me some instructions on how to do so. If it is to perform a custom action, then how do you create the custom action of changing the color? Thanks, in advance, for the help.
 
Click on Tools->Organize and check the options for using color.

will be deleted without reading.
