Changing color labels

I am trying change the color labels on the appointments. But when I right
click on the appointment, and go to Label, Edit Label option is grayed out.
How can fix the problem? I am using Outlook 2003.

it is on your calendar? you can only edit the labels for items on your
calendars or calendars you have editing permissions.

It's someone else's calendar that I have Edit permission to. I was able to
do it before I was upgraded to Outlook 2003. Any thoughts?

make sure you still have permission, it might have gotten messed up in the
upgrade... also, how are you opening it? I was able to edit a label on a
calendar in a mailbox I have open in my profile (the open other mailbox
dialog on the profile settings) - I didn't try it using File, open, other
users...
