Changing Case

We have a site with 12 pages of store locations in the western US.
The tables were created from an old Excel spreadsheet and some states
(pages) are in lower case, others in UPPER case.

Is there an easier way to make them conform other than retyping every
cell in all the tables?

Three options:
1. In FP, select each State, then Properties, Fonts | Effect | Capitalizes
2. Search and replace in Excel
3. Cut and paste the tables into Word, then use Words format function.

There is a FrontPage addon that can do that and it's Free.
