I don't know if it's adjustable. Usually only Windows default sound uses PC
speaker. Modems make their own noise which can be disabled. You do have a
sound card?
What is your exact concern?
Some sound cards allow you to adjust the PC speaker volume. Double click on
the speaker, choose options, properties, playback and look for a PC speaker
check box. If it's not there, the sound card doesn't support it.
