PC Speaker Tones when adjusting volume thru windows

I dont know how it has happened but now when I adjust the
volume in Volume Control my system speaker beeps. Just to
make it rediculously clear I am talking about the speaker
inside of my PC.

Sounds comes out of the speakers on my desk just fine and
what ever level I choose reflects accordingly when I play
something. Ive looked around in "Sound and Audio
Properties" but nothin there about the internal speaker
beeping.

If some how I disabled the normal tone that reflects the
adjusted volume, I have no idea why the pc speaker would
take over. Its always the same annoying beep. Always the
same volume.

Anyone out there have any idea what's going on?

I did recently setup another account on this machine and
when I adjust the volume in it I get the much more
pleasent standard tone.

So I know of any response ASAP please email me at:

Thanx :)
